Bistro Morningstar is open every day and the terrace also tempts us when the weather is nice.
Chef Sven Blommaert is the head chef there who, together with the entire team, brings everyday cuisine with occasional touches of southern influences. Leading Morningstar to become a fixture in Bruges is the mission.
If you fancy lunch or dinner, everyone is welcome.
Kitchen is open from 11:30 to 14:00 and from 17:30 to 21:00.
Take a look at our menus. The Chef can of course change the menu at any time according to demand and available produce.
